The company offers two kinds of rates and payment schemes:
A) Standard Rate:
In order to make a reservation at Standard Rate, a down payment of 30% of the total is required.
The remaining balance is payable upon check-in.
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the arrival date shall incur no penalty. In this case, the 30% down payment will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date incur a penalty of 30% of the total cost of stay. The 30% down payment shall be forfeited, i.e. there will be no refund.
No-show: If a guest has an active reservation but doesn’t show up, he or she will be charged the total price of the reservation.
No refunds will apply for a shorter stay due to delayed arrival or early departure caused by the guest’s personal reasons.
B) Discount Rate (Non-refundable):
In order to make a reservation at Discount Rate, prepayment of the full reservation cost is required.
Cancelation: Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time. The down payment shall not be refunded.
No-show: If the guests don’t show up they will be charged the total price.
